Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026.
This policy explains how Cuedar handles business data to create strategy profiles, operate watched channels, deliver weekly digests, manage memberships, and support customers.
Data we collect
Cuedar may collect account and contact details, company profile inputs, product and market context, channel settings, relevance rules, user feedback, digest history, support messages, operational logs, and payment metadata needed to operate the service.
Public-source monitoring
Watched channels may include public business information about companies, competitors, customers, suppliers, distributors, tenders, regulations, trade shows, news, and market entities. Cuedar uses this information to detect business signals and explain why they may matter.
Uploaded documents
Optional uploaded business documents are private to the workspace, deletable where supported, and not used to train shared models unless you explicitly permit it. Users should not upload customer lists, contracts, invoices, employee data, private financial records, or other sensitive information that is not needed for the service.
How we use data
We use data to build profiles, configure channels, generate digests, process feedback, manage memberships, provide support, maintain security, improve reliability, prevent misuse, comply with law, and keep required business records.
Payment data
Payments are handled through PayPal. Cuedar receives and stores limited payment metadata such as payer identifiers, transaction status, membership period, and receipt references. PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy statement.
Sharing with providers
Cuedar may share data with service providers that help run the product, such as hosting, security, email, support, analytics if enabled, payment, AI, search, and data-processing providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or as part of a business transfer.
AI and model handling
Cuedar may use AI systems to summarize, classify, translate, and draft business-intelligence outputs. Workspace content and uploaded documents are not used to train shared models unless you explicitly permit it.
Retention and controls
We keep data while needed to provide the service, maintain billing and security records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve operational reliability. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the dashboard or support channels made available in the product. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
International processing
Cuedar is a global product. Data may be processed in countries different from where you are located, through Cuedar infrastructure and service providers outside mainland China.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Cuedar is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Privacy requests can be sent through the account, dashboard, or support channels made available by Cuedar.
