Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026.
These terms govern access to Cuedar, including the official website, dashboard, company profiles, research topics, weekly digests, and briefing archives.
Acceptance and business use
By using Cuedar, creating a profile, purchasing a subscription, or submitting an AI research request, you confirm that you are using the service for lawful business purposes and that you have authority to submit the company context you provide.
Service scope
Cuedar provides software for organizing research topics, reading AI-generated weekly summaries, and exploring source references. Each subscription includes the workspace features and usage limits listed on the pricing page.
Decision responsibility
Cuedar may miss information, lag source changes, or interpret signals incorrectly. Users remain responsible for business decisions and should verify important decisions with primary sources, internal teams, or qualified advisors.
No professional advice
Cuedar does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice. Digests and profiles are research information, not instructions to act.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping submitted context lawful, accurate, and authorized for analysis. Do not submit customer lists, contracts, invoices, employee data, private financial records, unlawfully obtained information, or materials you are not allowed to share.
Subscription billing, cancellation, and refunds
The seller, payment provider, and any additional payment terms will be identified before you complete a purchase. Requesting access does not require payment.
Your selected plan determines coverage and price. Monthly and annual prices, including country-specific prices, are listed on our pricing page. Your billing currency, applicable taxes, billing interval, and total payable are shown before you complete a purchase.
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual billing period until cancelled. An annual payment covers 12 months. We will notify you before a price change applies to a renewal.
To cancel your subscription before the next renewal, contact support@cuedar.com. You may also use any cancellation option provided with your purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then and no further renewal payment is taken.
We do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind or unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or the payment terms governing your purchase. Your statutory rights are preserved. See our Refund Policy or contact support@cuedar.com for billing or refund assistance.

Availability and suspension
Cuedar is available only where product, infrastructure, payment processing, sanctions rules, and applicable regulations allow us to provide the service. We may refuse, suspend, or limit service for unlawful use, payment issues, security risk, operational risk, or unsupported regions.
Ownership and permitted use
You keep ownership of your submitted business context. Cuedar keeps ownership of the platform, software, workflows, templates, prompts, and service know-how. You may use delivered profiles and digests internally for your business, but may not resell, republish, or repackage Cuedar outputs as a competing service.
Service changes
We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice or a practical transition path.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cuedar disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
