Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable for change of mind or unused portions of a monthly or annual billing period, except where required by applicable law or the payment terms and refund rules governing your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

To cancel your subscription before the next renewal, contact support@cuedar.com. You may also use any cancellation option provided with your purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then and no further renewal payment is taken.
